A course that builds on the principles taught in the first Essential Beliefs workshop. It's similarly motivating and engaging. However, it provides a much deeper level of applying the powerful change process and other performance driving business principles discovered in Essential Beliefs I. In this 2 1/2 day workshop, participants will take the first 3 Essential Beliefs and add the remaining 4 Essential Beliefs and move to the next level of understanding. This course has an even greater hands-on focus. It will allow all participants to use and test their newly developed skills to solve problems or issues that they have spent some time on and struggled with, without ever reaching the desired outcome. It includes 1 free follow-up coaching session as well as materials and meals.

At different levels, all of LifeTraks Business Series workshops use a combination of experiential (hands-on) learning as well as the traditional seminar type learning.
